The Department of Education (DepEd), in partnership with the National Commission of Culture and the Arts (NCCA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), conducted the 2019 Sining Pangkabuhayan Para sa mga Kabataan in Davao City. I was lucky enough to have the honor to be invited as a Resource Speaker for the Portrait Making Activity held on the 25th of July, at the Davao City National High School , with 47 attendees present, both professional and student artists.
