Coping through art

Art is an amazing way to reduce emotional and cognitive disturbances. Studies tell us that art can take our mind off of whatever is stressing us. It can help us tap into a near-meditative state which improves performance and lower stress levels. To some, it is another form of self-care.

Josephus has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines

He is an educator, teaching arts, painting, music Scouting and Mathematics

Josephus expresses his art in a multi-faceted way including poetry and music. 

He shares his passion by organizing Service and Leadership groups as well as Outdoor, Music and Art groups.
